All furniture on this site is delivered by the merchants themselves, and the price includes delivery service. Free delivery to the door is available for industrial buildings and residential buildings with elevators.

Standard delivery time is 7 to 14 days after placing an order. Customers can schedule a delivery date, but not a specific time; we will try our best to accommodate. If you need to change the delivery time, please notify us in advance.

We will inform you of the specific delivery date 1-2 days in advance, and on the day of delivery, we will notify you of the specific time 1 hour before delivery. In case of delays due to weather or other force majeure, we will reschedule delivery as soon as possible.

Remote areas, village houses, or addresses without elevators may incur additional charges. Please consult customer service for specific fees. If delivery requires entering a car park, the customer is responsible for the relevant parking fees.

• If the delivery address does not have a lift, there will be an additional charge per floor of HKD$50-150 (for actual or volumetric weight within 50KG) / HKD$100-200 (for actual or volumetric weight exceeding 50KG); for floors above the seventh, an additional HKD$100-250 will be charged per floor. Please consult customer service for the fees.

• For village house addresses, delivery to the ground floor is free. If the delivery address requires pushing the goods along a path, the first 100 meters on flat ground are free. If there are steps or the distance exceeds 100 meters, additional charges will apply, to be determined based on the on-site conditions.

• If the delivery address requires stairs to connect to an elevator, additional charges will apply.

• Some remote areas (such as Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, etc.) will incur an additional delivery fee of HKD$150-500. Please consult customer service before placing an order.

• Delivery services may not be available in some remote or inconveniently located areas. Please inquire with customer service in advance for specific details.

• Delays caused by incorrect delivery information may result in additional shipping fees. Please be aware of this.

Excluding specified items, general merchandise does not include installation. If installation services are required, an additional installation fee will be charged. Please contact customer service for specific charges. Please contact us before delivery to arrange the installation date and time.
